Abstract

Bicycle pedal-axle housing has a cylindrical body the interior of which houses annular bearings (3) and two end caps (4a,4b) through which the pedal axle (2) extends. An axial duct (16) extends from one end of the axle to the other and communicates with the interior of the housing via at least one radial bore (18)between the bearings. The radial bore allows grease to be introduced into the housing without removal of the axle.
