Abstract

A constantly adjustable spraying bridge, and additional ground wheel for speed regulation, are incorporated in the appliance for spraying bitumen. The pipe between the tank and the bridge contains a pressure meter, connected to the pump via the regulator. The bridge is fitted with switch units, and there is an end switch on the rear axle of the vehicle which come into contact with them. The transmitter on the extra wheel is connected to the spray pump via the control unit and activating element. The closing elements in the nozzles have cleansing needles.
