Abstract
L'invention concerne un circuit d'amplificateur de puissance. Ce circuit comporte un préamplificateur qui amplifie le signal d'entrée, un circuit de sortie constitué par deux transistors fonctionnant en mode symétrique, et un circuit de commande qui détecte les signaux de sortie des deux transistors et qui délivre au préamplificateur, par un circuit de contre-réaction, un signal correspondant au produit des deux signaux de sortie. L'invention s'applique notamment à des amplificateurs de puissance en circuits intégrés monolithiques.
