Abstract

The fastener consists of two buckles (B1,B2) fixed to the extremities of a belt. Each buckle has two exterior branches (1,2) joined at one end by a cross bar (3) with a slot (4), in which the strap is fixed. The other ends are joined to converging branches (5,6) which are joined by a U-shaped projection (7) which is extended by a tongue (8), jutting out into the opening in the centre of the buckle. The buckles fit together by the tongue of one fitting into the projection of the other.
