Abstract

Hot and cold water pipes (10a,10b) pass through holes in the sink (4) and are held in place and fixed to the mixer (34a,34b) by the plate (36). This holds the top of the pipe firmly by the return flange (40), provides a bed for the watertight sealing ring (16) and is threaded at the top to take the threaded locking collar (44a) holding the mixer.
