Abstract

(plus-or-minus) Lysine salt of (plus-or-minus) 3-amino-4-(1'-pyrrolyl)-alpha-methyl-phenylacetic acid of formula (I) is new: (I) has analgesic and antiinflammatory activity (see FR2371924 for parent acid (II)). (II) is insoluble in water and may only be administered orally. (I) has excellent solubility and is suitable for parenteral administration.
