Abstract

The binding for a ski has a case (300) supporting the boot and hooks to hold the boot which rotate to free it in case of accident. The case contains two pistons (309,311) pushed by a spring (308) against cams (312,313) on opposite faces of a central fixed pivot (301) around which the case can rotate. On the opposite side is a third piston (315) pushed by a spring (314) against the first two. A pin (316) is joined to this third piston and its extremities slide in holes (317) in the case and carry the hooks holding the boot.
