Abstract

The combine harvester assembly is releasably connected to a driving vehicle. The harvester has a cut off and separating device which follows the thresher which can pivot about a vertical axis to achieve a narrow transport width for passing through gates and driving on the public roads. There is a vertical conveyor for the grain in the pivot shaft which also acts as a grain conveying spiral. The cleaning device which is arranged under the straw shaker can be pivoted about a vertical axis through 180 degrees on the front face of the cutting and threshing mechanism.
