Abstract

The compact vehicle for urban use,has an H-section chassis. The lengthwise arms (1,2) form lateral box-sections, and the transverse beam (3) forming a box-girder, are formed by a tubular structure reinforced by sheet-metal. The lateral sections and the girder are joined together by welding. Recesses can be formed in the ends of the lateral sections to accomodate wheels, while the front and rear elastic suspension can be accommodated in them and in the box-girder.
