Abstract

Underground zone to be blocked contains or produces a fluid, such as crude oil or natural gas, connected to the surface via a borehole. Device provides for making a borehole re-operative. Use is made of a tight packer with a hole for fluid passage. A valve tightly fixed to it, has a blocking organ, for opening and closure. Hydraulic media for valve measurement are immovably connected to it, and controllable from the surface of the fluid. This makes it possible to remove a malfunctioning pump without ceasing borehole operations.
