Abstract
The radiation adsorption equipment comprises straight parallel metallic tubes contg. radiation-adsorbent material. These are mounted round a space to be protected, or one contg. a radiation source to be isolated. There can be four such tubes joined together to form a cube or rectangular body and accommodated in a housing permeable to radiation. Carbon can be used as the adsorbent material, or a mixt. of two thirds carbon and one third sublimated sulphur.
