Abstract

L'invention est relative à un disjoncteur à gaz comprimé. Le disjoncteur ayant une enveloppe 11 contenant un gaz extincteur et sépare par une cloison 12 en une chambre de coupure 13 et une chambre d'expansion 14 et comprenant un premier contact tubulaire 15 assurant la communication entre la chambre de coupure et la chambre d'expansion, un deuxième contact 18 fixe, disposé dans l'alignement du premier contact et une électrode auxiliaire 24 isolée électriquement du deuxième contact, ladite électrode étant disposée de telle manière que lors de la cupure un premier arc auxiliaire 33, chauffant ledit gaz extincteur dans la chambre de coupure, s'établit d'abord entre le deuxième contact et l'électrode auxiliaire, puis un deuxième arc de coupure 35, soufflé par le gaz extincteur passant par le premier contact dans la chambre d'expansion, s'établit entre l'électrode auxiliaire et le premier contact, est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, pour établir la connexion électrique entre les deux, un manchon de contact 25 entourant le premier contact 15 fixe, déplaçable le long de celui-ci au moyen d'une commande et que l'électrode auxiliaire 24 se trouve à une distance axiale de l'extrémité libre 23 du deuxième contact 18. L'invention s'applique aux disjoncteurs à haute tension.
