Abstract

The modular units which can be used to build up a hydropneumatic circuit consist of blocks (13) with channels through them and which can be assembled side by side between end blocks. In end view, each block has vertical sides which butt against each other, with a projecting part (22) which fits into a recessed part of an adjacent block. The projecting part has an overhanging face at an angle of 45 deg., which is locked against a correspondingly sloping face (31) of the recess. They are then locked together by a bolt (32) passing through them, fitted with a lock nut. In addition, a small projection (42) at the base under the overhang fits a corresponding recess (41) on a tongue (4) protruding from the other side.
