The corners 2 are slightly bevelled and in a floor arrangement spaces formed by adjacent corners 2 and the grooves 4 are filled with sealant. The groove may be parallel sided or diverge. The block may have more than six sides. A number of blocks may be interconnected by elements at their undersides to form slabs.
