Abstract

Support de plaquettes de coupe se jetant après usage et comportant un trou circulaire central, le support comportant un bouton perpendiculaire à sa face et cylindrique. Le bouton est formé de deux parties distinctes et opposées, orientées dans l'axe et dont chacune est constituée d'un segment de cylindre à base circulaire dont la périphérie couvre un arc inférieur à 180 degrés . Le rayon de chacune de ces parties du bouton est égal à celui du trou de la plaquette rapportée. La force de serrage a pour effet que la plaquette trouve une assise uniforme sur la surface latérale de la partie correspondante du bouton, car son trou a le même rayon que cette surface d'assise. Application en particulier aux fraises à plaquettes de coupe rapportées.
