Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif refroidisseur de liquides alimentaires. Le liquide alimentaire à refroidir est introduit dans un récipient 1, muni d'un couvercle 2 qui supporte un arbre 3 entraîné en rotation par un moteur 4, ainsi que des conduites d'arrivée 11 et 12 reliant un serpentin 10 à un circuit frigorifique à compresseur et condenseur. L'arbre 3 supporte deux hélices 13 et 14 ainsi qu'un racleur 17 qui vient tourner au voisinage du serpentin. Cet ensemble permet un refroidissement rapide et à température homogène d'un liquide alimentaire, notamment lorsqu'il doit être préparé à l'avance. Application en particulier aux potages et sauces.
