Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le stockage notamment pour le stockage de produits alimentaires en cours de préparation. Une pluralité de plateaux supports sont suspendus à chacune de leur extrémité à deux cercles, l'ensemble formant une cage d'écureuil entraînée à rotation à l'intérieur d'un carter ou carrosserie; un moteur électrique déporté à l'intérieur de la cage assure la rotation de l'ensemble. Application à une enceinte de stockage de portions de pâte entre le dosage des portions et la mise en pâtons.
