Abstract

L'invention est relative à la fabrication de matières solides carbonées et d'hydrocarbures à partir de pneumatiques usés. Ce procédé comprend la réduction des pneumatiques en fragments par découpage en 12 et désintégration en 16, la pyrolyse de ces fragments dans un réacteur de pyrolyse 32' à une température et à une pression et pendant un temps qui suffisent à dissocier les fragments en une phase vapeur et en une phase solide, le traitement au reflux en 468 d'une partie 465 du reste 461 obtenu par épuration en 432 d'une partie de la phase vapeur dans la phase solide en cours de pyrolyse et le recyclage en 100 d'au moins une partie de la phase solide pyrolysee 88. Application à la récupération des matières utiles présentes dans les pneumatiques usés.
