Abstract

L'invention concerne un générateur électrochimique, dont la matière active négative est le lithium, dont la matière active positive comprend du chlorure de thionyle et dont l'électrolyte est composé d'un soluté et d'au moins un solvant tel que le chlorure de thionyle. Selon l'invention le soluté est un sel complexe résultant de l'action de l'oxyde de calcium CaO ou de l'oxyde de baryum BaO sur le chlorure d'aluminium.
