1524227 Electrolytes for secondary batteries BASF AG 22 Oct 1975 [31 Oct 1974] 43298/75 Heading H1B A secondary battery having an anode containing dioxide of Pb or Mn and an acid electrolyte (H 2 SO 4 , HCl, tetrafluroroboric, hexafluorosilicic, perchloric acids) has onium salts in the electrolyte, e.g. ammonium, sulphonium, phosphonium or arsonium. The cathode may be Cd, Fe, Zn, Mn, Pb. The electrode carrier may be graphite or Ti coated with carbides or nitrides.
