Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé en vue d'empêcher la formation et/ou le dépôt de tartre dans des chauffe-eau et/ou des générateurs de vapeur. A proximité de l'eau à échauffer et/ou à vaporiser circule un courant électrique et/ou règne un champ électrique, de préférence alternatif. De façon surprenante, le dépôt de tartre (qui conduit à un entretien coûteux des appareils) est largement éliminé. Application notamment aux appareils électriques d'échauffement d'eau ou de génération de vapeur.
