Abstract

The device is for adjustably mounting, for example a microswitch (11) and comprises a pin (7) upstanding on a base (6) on which the microswitch (11) is slidable. The microswitch (11) is biassed, with its rear face (11a) against a bolt (4) screwed through an upstanding flange (3) on the base (6), by a leaf spring (9) one end of which is crimped in a slot (8) in the pin (7) and the other end of which is located in a slot (13) in an upstanding pin (12) on the microswitch. The spring (9) is deformed to prevent the spring (9) sliding in the switch pin (12). The switch position is adjusted by screwing the bolt (4) in or out. The microswitch (11) may be pivoted on a pin moulded on the base (6). The microswitch button (16) is on the face opposite the bolt (4) and is contacted by a member (17) moving in a direction parallel to the bolt axis.
