Abstract

Dispositif permettant de nettoyer, sabler et peindre les navires sans avoir à les mettre au sec, les opérations << sablage-peinture >> se font mécaniquement et simultanément. Il comprend un cadre support rectangulaire 1 sur lequel est fixé deux rails 2 et 2a dans le sens de la longueur, une roulette 9 est fixée à chaque angle du support. Le rail 2a reçoit la rampe d'eau haute pression 3a, percée de trous calibrés, elle coulisse à l'intérieur d'un caisson fixe 4a, ce caisson est muni de dispositif de succion 5a qui permettent de récupérer les éclats de rouille, peinture etc. La rampe d'eau haute pression est mue par un vérin << va-et-vient >> 10 à vitesse variable. La rampe d'eau haute pression est maintenue par le coulisseau 7a. Le rail 2 reçoit la rampe de peinture, elle coulisse à l'intérieur du caisson 4, la rampe de peinture est maintenue à l'intérieur du rail 2 par un coulisseau 7. Le caisson 4 est muni de dispositifs d'arrivée d'air sous pression 5. Les bords supérieurs du caisson 4 sont munis de plaques de caoutchouc 8 permettant une étanchéité en cas de panne d'air. La rampe d'eau est mue par un vérin << va-et-vient >> 10 à vitesse variable 6.
