Abstract

Cisaille à commande hydraulique, à lames pivotant chacune autour d'un axe et destinée à être montée au bout du bras d'une grue ou d'un appareil de travaux publics. Elle est composée d'un bâti rigide BG portant les axes de rotation des lames, des porte-lames B1 et B2 avec leur lame crantée, d'un vérin à double effet V1 actionnant les bras porte-lames en synchronisme, grâce à des secteurs dentés équipant les 2 bras porte-lames. Une contre-lame, également crantée et actionnée par un vérin auxiliaire taré, permet de maintenir fortement la pièce à couper, évitant ainsi qu'elle n'échappe par rotation. Un vérin rotatif R en bout de cisaille permet de l'orienter autour d'un axe passant par la ligne de coupe, et ainsi de cisailler des pièces en toute position. Cette cisaille peut être utilisée sur des chantiers de démolition ou de récupération de ferrailles, en remplacement de l'oxycoupage.
