Abstract

Appareil évitant les risques de recouvrement des cales par des fils. Il comprend un dispositif pour déplacer une bande de matériau pour cale comportant des roues d'entraînement par pincement 32, 33 qui fournissent le matériau pour cale à un dispositif de découpage 40, 43, 44 et qui pince ce matériau ce qui provoque la déformation du matériau pour cale selon une configuration prédéterminée; un dispositif de stockage 21, destiné à recevoir les cales découpées; un dispositif destiné à déplacer les cales découpées dans le dispositif de stockage, un mécanisme de commande du fonctionnement du dispositif d'entraînement à roues de pincement, et un dispositif de guidage 34, 37 se prolongeant du dispositif d'entraînement à roues de pincement au dispositif de découpage, ce dispositif de guidage ayant une configuration lui permettant de maintenir le matériau pour cale sous sa forme prédéterminée lorsqu'il se déplace du dispositif d'entraînement à roues de pincement au dispositif de decoupage.
