Abstract

Manomètre fondé sur l'utilisation d'une capsule anéroïde, destiné plus particulièrement à des radiosondes, dans lequel le déplacement relatif des membranes de la capsule est transformé en une grandeur capacitive proportionnelle à la pression à mesurer et dans lequel un substrat isolant, de préférence en forme de disque ou de plaque, est disposé entre les membranes de la capsule. La capacité mesurée est formée entre les membranes opposées 21, 22 de la capsule anéroïde 20, ces membranes étant séparées l'une de l'autre par le substrat isolant 10. Application : manomètre pour radiosondes.
