Abstract

Boîte de carton comprenant un fond formant un plateau ainsi qu'un couvercle. Le fond 12 comporte plusieurs panneaux latéraux auxquels sont fixées des pièces triangulaires de renfort des coins, et le couvercle 14 comprend un panneau central auquel sont fixés par articulation plusieurs panneaux latéraux. Le couvercle comprend deux entailles disposées de manière à former une partie d'arrachement 16 de la boîte. Cette partie d'arrachement est conformée de manière à laisser subsister des renforts aux coins de l'emballage. Lorsque la partie d'arrachement est enlevée, deux profilés de renfort sont formés le long des bords opposés de la boîte de manière à en améliorer la stabilité avec les renforts des coins. Le couvercle est fixé par adhésif sur le plateau formant le fond en augmentant encore la rigidité de l'emballage. Application au conditionnement d'aliments surgelés devant pouvoir être réchauffés dans tous types de fours.
