Abstract

L'invention décrit une roue comportant un disque circulaire rigide percé d'un trou central. Un palier composite 26 logé dans un manchon flexible est supporté élastiquement dans ce trou pour faciliter la rotation du disque autour d'un axe défini A. Un anneau 28 d'une résine synthetique moulable est fixé à la surface périphérique du disque. Cet anneau est rigide et son pourtour définit une surface de montage. Une bande de roulement annulaire 31, faite d'une résine synthétique moulable, est fixée à cette surface de montage. Le pourtour extérieur de cette bande de roulement est parfaitement concentrique à l'axe de rotation de la roue. Les matières formant la bande de roulement devient solidaire de l'anneau après que celui-ci a été monté autour de sa surface périphérique. Dans un mode de réalisation, le disque circulaire rigide se compose de deux pièces métalliques 11, 12 embouties identiques tenues assemblées par l'anneau.
