IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INVENTION, THE PROCESS IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE SEQUENCE CONSISTING OF ROTATION, AT A SPEED BELOW THE NOMINAL SPEED, THE PUMP MOTOR, THE GUARD TAP (s) BEING CLOSED; WHEN THE PRESSURES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE SAID OR SIDED GUARD VALVES HAVE REACHED A DIFFERENTIAL VALUE EITHER NULL OR LOW ENOUGH SO THAT THEIR OPENING CAN BE CARRIED OUT WITHOUT RISK OF DAMAGE, TO OPEN EITHER THE SAME OR THAT QUANTITY SUCH AS IT (S) ALLOWS, WHEN THE GROUP ARRIVES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF ITS NOMINAL SPEED, TO FINALLY OPEN THE SAID GUARD VALVE (S) UNTIL IT (S) ALLOWS (NT) TO GO THROUGH THE NOMINAL FLOW RATE.
