Abstract

The building wall panel is of filled (3) cavity construction with contiguous boarding (2, 5) or slabbing to each major face. It incorporates a rectangular undulating sheet (4) affixed to the internal face of one or both of the claddings (2, 5). The sheet has uniform square undulations when viewed in horizontal section to provide a series of vertical ducts (13) at regular longitudinal intervals. The ducts are closed at the base of the panel, open out at the top, and accommodate service cables or pipes. When undulating sheets are provided on both claddings, they are vertically opposed and make contact to govern wall thickness. The claddings are housed onto posts (1) and rails to the panel edges, the top rail having a reduced width to accommodate the top of the undulating sheet (4).
