Abstract

Package comprises an edible cup made of sweet biscuit and filled with a dessert cream, ice cream, yoghurt etc. The biscuit cup is lined with a thin coating of chocolate, glazed sugar or icing sugar so that the biscuit is protected from moisture in the filling. The cup fits into an annular crown mad eof plastic, foil, cardboard etc. The bottom of the cup is protected by a disc, which can be pushed up to demould the prod. Top decoration on the prod is protected by a removable, dished cover. When demoulded, the prod simulates a 'home-made' dessert.
