CETTE QUANTITE D'OXYDE D'YTTRIUM EST, DE PREFERENCE, COMPRISE ENTRE 11 ET 13 EN POIDS. APPLICATION: AUX PIECES DE MOTEURS OU DES RECUPERATEURS DE CHALEUR, SOUMISES A DES TEMPERATURES ELEVEES.ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT INVENTION, STAINLESS SILICON NITRIDE (INS) IS OBTAINED FROM A MIXTURE CONTAINING BETWEEN 2 AND 4 BY WEIGHT OF SILICON OXIDE (SIO), LESS THAN 0.1 BY WEIGHT OF SILICON OXIDE ( WIS), LESS THAN 0.1 BY WEIGHT OF CATIONIC IMPURITIES AND A CRITICAL AMOUNT OF YTTRIUM OXIDE. THIS QUANTITY OF YTTRIUM OXIDE IS PREFERREDLY BETWEEN 11 AND 13 BY WEIGHT. APPLICATION: TO ENGINE PARTS OR HEAT RECOVERERS SUBJECT TO HIGH TEMPERATURES.
