Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de formage à la presse d'un panneau plan 10 de carton ondulé en un panneau courbe L'invention consiste à utiliser une colle thermoplastique dans la fabrication du carton ondulé et à appliquer de la chaleur au panneau plan 10 par des matrices 22, 24 dans une presse à chaud 20. Les revêtements extrêmes du carton ondulé sont empêchés de se plisser en préchauffant le panneau plan jusqu'à ramollir la colle thermoplastique immédiatement avant de le placer entre les matrices. L'appareil comprend un transporteur de panneau 60 comportant des dispositifs chauffants 62 et peut transporter le panneau plan dans la presse à chaud avec chauffage continu du panneau. L'invention est applicable à la fabrication de panneaux de garnissage de pavillons de véhicules automobiles.
