Abstract
L'invention concerne l'opération de la fabrication de la bière constituant le brassage proprement dit. La pâte résultant de l'empâtape par l'eau de la farine de malt, éventuellement additionnée de grains non maltés cuits, est soumise à une cuisson préalable dans un ensemble constitué par un séparateur whirlpool et une cuve de chauffage, avant d'être soumise à un filtrage dans un filtre-presse du type << hyperpresse Nordon >>, le filtrat du séparateur whirlpool étant refroidi avant ensemencement par des levures pour obtenir la fermentation alcoolique. Application : fabrication de la bière dans des conditions économiques.
