Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un pressoir continu. Un pressoir selon l'invention se compose d'une structure 1 sur laquelle est entraîné à rotation un cylindre 2 disposé horizontalement, un tambour 17 monté à rotation sur la structure et au-dessus du cylindre 2, au moins une bande sans fin 18 coopérant avec le cylindre 2 et le tambour 17 en s'enroulant partiellement autour de l'un et de l'autre et entre laquelle bande 18 et ledit cylindre 2, le produit est pressuré; le produit est amené au-dessus du cylindre 2 par une vis 8 et est évacué pressuré par une autre vis 10, les liquides sont recueillis au-dessous du cylindre 2 dans un bac de réception 25. Trouve son application pour pressurer le produit des récoltes notamment du raisin.
