Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la récupération du composant résineux d'un excés de composition de revêtement en poudre projetée contenant un composant résineux, un pigment et un agent durcissant, qui n'est pas déposé sur l'article à revêtir et qui est récupéré dans un appareil pour revêtir un article avec une composition de revêtement en poudre. Le procédé de l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : a. on dissout l'excès de composition de revêtement en poudre dans un solvant organique qui peut dissoudre le composant résineux de la composition de revêtement en poudre et qui dissout l'agent durcissant à raison de pas plus de 1,0 g d'agent durcissant par 100g de solvant à 20 degrés C; b. on sépare les composants insolubles ou non dissous comprenant le pigment et l'agent durcissant de la solution de résine obtenue à l'étape a; et c. on sépare le solvant organique de la solution de résine pour récupérer ainsi le composant résineux.
