Abstract

The anti-theft device for a wind surfer joins its parts, to make them difficult to transport. It consists of a plate (1) fixed to the board with another at right angles with a hole, through which the mast and the rolled sail are passed. A sleeve (2) slides to the top of the mast and is joined by a chain or cable to a larger sleeve (3) covering the foot of the mast. These are locked to the plate by a padlock. Another clamp (4) allows the folded mast and board to be locked to a mooring point.
