Abstract
L'invention concerne une préparation pour dessert comprenant une poudre de base et un matériau alimentaire, qui peut être à base d'amidon, matériau alimentaire qui a une texture différente de celle de la poudre de base pour dessert et qui comporte un revêtement qui le rend essentiellement non absorbant de l'humidité. Les revêtements appropriés comprennent le glaçage de confiserie, les mélanges à base de caramel riche en matières grasses, et le chocolat La préparation du dessert permet de préparer en utilisant du lait et/ou de l'eau, un dessert ayant des textures contrastées qui restent stables au goût pendant plusieurs heures.
