Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit de chauffage. Le circuit de chauffage comprend un câble 1 formé d'un conducteur chauffant 2 séparé d'un conducteur capteur 3 par des moyens sensibles à la température 4 et deux paires résistance-diode en série R1-D1, R2-D2 branchées chacune entre des extrémités des conducteurs 2, 3 de façon que chaque paire conduise en série avec l'impédance desdits moyens 4 pendant des demi-périodes respectives d'une source de courant alternatif, la disposition étant telle qu'une surchauffage générale du câble 1 ou une surchauffe localisée en un point quelconque de sa longueur ont pour effet de réduire ladite impédance, de sorte que le courant passant par l'une des résistances Rl, R2 ou par toutes les deux chauffe ou les résistances et fait fondre un fusible thermique F, arrêtant le chauffage. Application notamment aux couvertures chauffantes.
