Abstract

a. Perfectionnements aux ensembles de transmission pour véhicules utilitaires et autres. b. Un ensemble de transmission 20 comporte un engrenage planétaire 27, un organe mené 22 et une première enveloppe 28. L'ensemble 20 fait, par exemple, partie de la transmission finale ou de sortie 12 d'un véhicule utilitaire 10 ou de la transmission de la poulie d'un système de manutention. Un premier palier 30 supporte l'organe mené 22 à rotation par rapport à l'enveloppe 28. Un second palier 32 supporte l'enveloppe 28 à rotation par rapport à l'engrenage 27. Sur le véhicule, la réduction du rapport de transmission réalisée à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe jumelée ou en tandem 14 avait jusqu'à présent pour résultat de développer une force de réaction de culbutage sur l'enveloppe 14, ce qui se traduisait par une répartition inégale de la charge entre les roues. Dans l'ensemble de transmission 20, les deux paliers 30 et 32 sont placés respectivement entre l'organe mené 22 et l'enveloppe 28 et entre la couronne dentée 40 de l'engrenage 27 et l'enveloppe 28 produisant ainsi une réduction du rapport de transmission à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe jumelée 14, tout en évitant pratiquement les forces de réaction nuisibles. c. S'applique aux véhicules utilitaires et de travaux publics.
