Abstract

Dispositif de frein à disque pour un véhicule comprenant un disque de frein conçu pour tourner avec une roue du véhicule et des patins de frottement disposés sur les côtés opposés du disque de frein et possédant des surfaces de frottement conçues pour être amenées en contact de frottement avec le disque de frein. Le disque de frein est réalisé en un acier résistant à la corrosion et possède des surfaces latérales opposées pour un contact avec les patins de frottement, lesdites surfaces latérales opposées du disque de frein étant d'une dureté située entre 28 et 45 sur l'échelle Rockwell C et ledit patin de frottement est fait en un alliage fritté à base de cuivre contenant au moins 55 % en poids de cuivre.
