Abstract

The device for improving blood circulation, partic. for the legs uses a frequency generator operating at a frequency between 500 and 5000 Hz, connected to the electrodes which are applied to certain muscles. A set of electrodes is used, with several pairs of different types. The output of the generator is applied sequentially to the different types of electrodes, so that there is no interruption of the current flow, in an overlapping manner. The line of changeover between electrodes can be between 0.5 and 2 seconds.
