Abstract

Procédé d'adsorption à contre-courant dans lequel une solution aqueuse comprenant plusieurs constituants est débarrassée pratiquement de l'un des constituants. Selon l'invention, on fait passer la solution des solides adsorbés, élués à partir de la section la plus usée d'un système d'adsorption à contre-courant à travers un lit fraîchement régénéré du même adsorbant. Application à la décaféination d'extraits aqueux de café.
