Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape de distribution pour un système d'injection de carburant. Le système d'injection de carburant suivant l'invention comprend une soupape de distribution de carburant à déplacement positif 100 comportant un piston 52 renfermant un passage classique 122 pour la distribution du carburant vers des injecteurs, ainsi qu'un deuxième passage plus restreint situé à une position intermédiaire axiale du piston 52 pour distribuer ce carburant à des débits de pompage inférieurs, de telle sorte que le piston 52 soit déplacé sur une plus faible distance à des débits de pompage inférieurs, élevant ainsi la pression résiduelle du carburant en aval lorsque le débit de pompage est plus faible. L'invention est utilisée pour accroître automatiquement la charge de carburant disponible pour la mise en marche d'un moteur.
