Abstract

Dispositif de direction assistée. Il comprend un clapet de commande à quatre voies 20 pour relier de façon sélective une chambre dans un cylindre 18 à une source de pression hydraulique 30 et l'autre chambre du cylindre à un réservoir 40 en réponse à la rotation du volant, une chambre hydraulique de réaction 42 pour appliquer ledit clapet dans sa position neutre sous l'effet d'une pression hydraulique produite par le déplacement du clapet et un clapet de commande de réaction 50 disposé dans un conduit reliant la chambre de réaction et la source de pression hydraulique et disposé de façon à être ouvert par une force proportionnelle à la vitesse du véhicule et pour être fermé par la pression dans la chambre de réaction. La pression de la source de pression est appliquée de telle façon qu'elle ouvre le clapet de commande de réaction. Application à la réalisation de véhicules automobiles.
