Abstract
Procédé et nécessaire pour déceler et doser une substance active dans un échantillon liquide contenant la subtance et des protéines. On fait incuber l'échantillon avec des microcapsules semi-perméables contenant de l'anticorps spécifique de la substance à déceler et un analogue de cette substance pouvant s'en distinguer. La membrane des capsules laisse passer la substance libre (qui entre en compétition avec l'analogue pour se fixer sur l'anticorps) mais retient les protéines naturelles et l'anticorps. On sépare ensuite l'anticorps et la substance libre. La détermination de la quantité d'analogue associé à l'anticorps ou présent dans le reste du système de réaction indique (par référence à une courbe témoin) la quantité de substance libre présente dans l'échantillon. Application : détermination d'une hormone (thyroxine, cortisol, testostérone ou digoxine).Method and necessary to detect and measure an active substance in a liquid sample containing the substance and proteins.
