Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil d'estampage et emboutissage pour la production de flans en feuille de carton. Un poinçon 1 à feuillard 7 est fixé par cadre sur un plateau 3 et comporte des logements 8 pour des broches 9. Des rainures 6 pour les feuillards 7 et les logements 8 sont usinés par laser par une machine à commande numérique. Une matrice 2 en carton renforcé présente des rainures 17 et des ouvertures 21 usinées selon la même programmation que celle d'usinage des fentes 6 et des logements 8. La matrice, qui porte une couche adhésive 12, est positionnée par les ouvertures 21 sur les broches 9. Un serrage des plateaux provoque le collage de la matrice 2 sur le plateau 4 et l'escamotage des broches 9 dans les logements 8, d'où une parfaite coïncidence entre les tracés du poinçon et de la matrice. L'invention s'applique à l'estampage de flans pour l'emballage.
