Abstract

Procédé pour l'obtention de fibres à coupe échelonnée en une seule opération, par enroulement d'un câble de filaments continus sur les tranchants de couteaux situés sur la périphérie d'un disque en position radiale, puis coupe par passage d'un couteau sous un presseur qui appuie sur l'enroulement et fait pénétrer ledit couteau dans la spire la plus interne qui se trouve ainsi tronçonnée par le passage des couteaux successifs sous le presseur, caractérisé en ce que les couteaux sont disposés de façon telle sur la périphérie du disque que la distance entre les couteaux varie de millimètre en millimètre entre les deux longueurs extrêmes des fibres que l'on désire obtenir.
