Le dispositif comporte une source de courant continu connectée aux armatures du condensateur 18 et les moyens 36, 33 pour maintenir à une valeur constante légèrement supérieure à 1 le rapport entre la tension à vide de la source et la tension aux armatures du condensateur. Application aux lasers de grande puissance.
