Abstract

Procédé de préparation de détergents-dispersants métalliques : 1 degrés En faisant réagir du soufre sur un alkylphénol portant un ou plusieurs substituants alkyles en C 6 -C60 , en présence d'une huile de dilution, d'un alkylbenzène sulfonate de métal alcalino-terreux de masse moléculaire supérieure à 300 et de TBN inférieur ou égal à 150, d'un composé alcalino-terreux, éventuellement, d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalin, d'un pied de cuve à base d'un détergent-dispersant métallique de TBN supérieur ou égal à 200 choisi parmi les alkylphénates suralcalinisés et sulfurisés de métaux alcalino-terreux, les alkylbenzène sulfonates de métaux alcalino-terreux et les mélanges d'alkylphénates suralcalinisés et sulfurisés de métaux alcalino-terreux et d'alkylbenzène sulfonates de métaux alcalino-terreux, et d'un alkylène glycol, à une température comprise entre 100 et 190 degrés C; 2 degrés En carbonatant le mélange obtenu à l'aide de gaz carbonique à une température comprise entre 100 et 200 degrés C, la quantité de CO2 étant comprise entre celle pouvant être complètement absorbée et un excès de 30 % de cette quantité 3 degrés En éliminant l'alkylène glycol. 4 degrés En séparant le détergent-dispersant métallique de haute alcalinité ainsi obtenu. Application des détergents-dispersants ainsi obtenus pour améliorer le pouvoir détergent-dispersant des huiles lubrifiantes.
